General Terms and Conditions

PHILSON Apartments are subject to the Austrian Hotel Regulations. In addition to the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry", the following cancellation conditions apply to PHILSON Apartments, unless otherwise communicated:

• Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival.
• Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival date will be charged with 50 percent of the price of the entire booking.
• Cancellations after 4 weeks before arrival or no-shows will be charged with 100 percent of the price of the entire booking.
