Hey there...

We are the Kaufmann family. Philipp and Anja, your new hosts including the good-natured Labrador Marley and Philipp's cool mum, who goes by the name Theresia. She is the good soul of the house and also the former hostess.

We, Phil and Anja, took over the house in 2023 and spruced it up a bit - Just the way we like it! We love and live the "rock'n'roll way of life", so we wanted to incorporate our passion into the new concept of the house. No sooner said than done. After a sweaty 6 months of renovation, our house now shines in new splendour.

But the look alone was not enough. A new name was also needed. After a few creative evenings full of ideas and considerations, we unanimously decided on something modern, hip and cool. It was to be a small variation of my nickname: PHILSON Apartments. With a new logo, a new look and of course a fresh spirit for the many, many great years that await us. We hope you like the new concept as much as we do!

Arrive and hang out: The chill area is an inspiring place to get together, sip a cold beer, play on the retro game console, share exciting stories and make big plans. Phil and Anja also like to invite you to end the evening together with a glass or two of whiskey.

We love to live well. It is therefore obvious that we have also placed great value on a chic environment, restful sleep, a refreshing shower, a fully equipped kitchen and first-class connections. Connections, both to the bike region and the ski area, as well as to WiFi, so you can always be connected to the busy outside world.

Our fancy apartments are your personal retreat, a home away from home. Here you'll find not only alpine street art chic, but also that extra dose of comfort. From the chill couch to the top-equipped kitchens and super-comfortable pocket spring mattresses in the bedrooms.

You will want for nothing here. And if you do, we always have an open ear for one or two special requests.

And if you don't feel like cooking yourself, it's only a 5-minute walk to Hinterglemm with a wide range of shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc.

Our location is of course also ideal for those who celebrate the active life. Hiking & biking trails as well as the A12 Mitteregg ski lift right outside the front door will take you to exciting adventures in no time.

Saalbach Hinterglemm offers you a wealth of outdoor activities, summer and winter. From skiing, tobogganing and ice skating to hiking, mountain biking and adventure trails - There's something here for every action junkie.

And don't forget the extensive day trips to hotspots such as Zell am See - Kaprun, Salzburg, Großglockner High Alpine Road or the Krimml Waterfalls, which are all waiting for you nearby. We are happy to assist you with tips and recommendations.
